Arro0817 Posted January 21, 2016 Report Share Posted January 21, 2016 Can an attorney apply h1b extension before 6 months and with pending H1B Amemndment? My I 94 is expiring on feb 9 2016. While my visa is valid until sep 18 2016. H1B Amendment filed on Sept 9 2015. Still in pending status. In this case, can a lawyer apply for h1b extension before 6 months with H1B Amendment in pending status to get h1b and i94 extended? Any help is much appreciated Link to comment
