We had our Visa stamping at Ottawa Consulate on 1/18 and were granted the visas. Just wanted to share it so that someone out there looking out to read upon Ottawa embassy experiences.

The whole process took 15 min; we entered the consulate at 930 am and we were out by 950 am (end to end). We left hotel at 9:00 am for the interview and we were back  at 10 am, which was shockingly amazing.

We went in thru security; then document collector; then to the finger printing; then to interview, luckily we had Zero wait times. As soon we were 10 printed, we were called to consular window;

Me - good morning

VO - good morning; passport and I-797's please.

Me - pushed them thru the window

VO - H1/H4 stamping ?

Me - Yes

VO - What does your company XXXX do ?

Me - IT service providers

VO - How long you with them  ?

Me - XXX years

VO - Salary ?

Me - LCA salary

VO - Client ?

ME - responded with the client name

VO - When did you start with this client ?

ME - XXX months

VO  - Before this client, who did you work with ?

Me - XXX client

VO - Client letter ?

Me - Handed over

VO - please place your right hands on the machine; one by one

Vo -  Your Visas are approved; you will be notified by the courier service

Vo - Have a safe journey back to XXX (city)

Me - Thanx; we exited out the consulate in the next 2 mins

Ottawa is very cold and a lot of snow; hotel are bit expensive; 125USD per night (Hampton)

This was my experience;. Hope it might help others.
