F1-Reinstatement-Reentry-OPT

Hello,

 

I came to US in Spring 2010 on F1 to study MBA Marketing and duly completed the program and graduated in Spring 2012. Afterwards, I started studying MS Industrial Management in Summer 2012. I ran into some trouble with grades and due to low GPA, I got academic suspension for one year in 2014, with 4 courses remaining to graduate. I transferred to another university to maintain status but there my SEVIS got terminated in Fall 2014. I applied for reinstatement but my application for reinstatement was denied. I departed from USA and now I'm in my home country (India).

 

In order to complete my degree, I've enrolled in 2 online courses for Spring 2014 and I've asked my university to send me an I-20 for Fall 2016 to complete the 2 remaining courses.

 

Now, my question is: If I can return to US in Fall and complete the 2 remaining courses, will I be approved for OPT?
