Title difference between PWD, job ad and PERM application

Hello!

My PWD was filed under senior staff engineer, which is the same title under which the job advertised. However, my PERM was filed under staff engineer (at the time of the filing of the PERM my title was engineer - not sure if that's a relevant data point).

I asked my HR dept why this change and they gave me a weird answer saying this would prove that they intend to keep me for a longer time etc etc. I didnt really buy into this to be honest.

I'm worried that the discrepancy between the job title on the PWD / job add and the PERM will have my PERM get audited or rejected.

Though I am working with Fragomen and I can't imagine them overlooking such a thing, I also wouldn't be surprised if my HR dept messed something up.

I'd appreciate your thoughts or input to get some comfort around this issue i.e. whether this will or will not be an issue for the PERM (it was filed ~90 days ago)
