E2 /EB3 ? - US bachelor equivalent, 3 years Indian degree + MS from US

Please help me identify, if I am eligible of EB2

 

My qualification:
1. Bachelor of Computers Application - 2007 - 3 year Indian Degree.
2. MS in Information Systems - 2015 - US Degree ( NOT sponsored by employer) 
2.2 While applying for MS I had to evaluate my bachelor degree. World Education Service evaluated my degree as equivalent to US Bachelor degree with major in computer applications, with 127 Credit points. Please see attached
Only based on that I got admission in the Master's program. WES is a recognized education evaluation body in US for education and immigration. Mostly used by all universities or for immigration process.  

Experience:
1. 4 years of Indian experience, post Indian 3 years bachelor degree.
2. Traveled to US on H1-B based on the education and experience. Evaluated by employer's attorney/stakeholders.   
3. There after, 4.2 years of experience in US till date.
4. Completed my Masters in US and graduated in December 2015.

5. I was working all these years, and did not took any break. I studied 6 credit hours per semester, in a tri semester state university.
6. Post MS, I have 2 months of experience.

Since my case is little different, can you please help me know if I will be eligible for EB2 or not? It will be great if once can explain how I will be eligible or how I will not be eligible.
