Pls Help! - EB2 or EB 3 - Special Case on Education & Experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Computer Applications  - 3 years - India

MS in Information Systems  - 2 years - US

 

Experience:

I have 8+ years of experience as follows:

 

1.   4 Years of Indian experience after my Indian 3 years bachelor degree.

<Came to US on H1-B based on my Indian bachelor degree and experience>

2.   Thereafter, 4 Years of US experience.

<While in US, I completed MS in Information System for a State University; graduated in  December 2015>

 

Can you please help me confirm if I am eligible for EB2. If yes or no,  then what clause it holds true or against.
