Applied H4 EAD for my spouse and it was not received yet. 1. Will it be approved, if I join with Employer B and Employer A revokes I-140 petition? 2. Will it be approved, if I join with Employer B and Employer A does not revokes I-140 petition? 3. After receiving H4 EAD approval for my wife, then, if I change my Employer B and Employer A revokes I-140 petition. Whether, my wife is still eligible to work under H4 EAD? Link to comment
rohang Posted January 18, 2016 Report Share Posted January 18, 2016 If A revokes I140 , EAD becomes invalid. I140 should remain active throughout, and not just the time of getting EAD. Link to comment
Gangwal Posted February 4, 2016 Report Share Posted February 4, 2016 Hi, I am in similar situation. I have checked with my attorney as per him EAD will remain valid even after I140 revoke. The only issue is when you go for EAD renewal that time if I140 is revoked EAD renewal will get rejected. Let me know what action you have taken? What is your EAD expiring date? Link to comment
