Approved Prevailing Wage Request

Hi,

 

My employer has received my wage request approval on December 9th 2015 but hasn't started the Advertisement yet. Initially, the HR mentioned that due to blackout dates it is not advisable to post the Ad in mid of December and confirmed that it would start in first week of Jan. Now, HR is stating that it should start in first week of Feb.

 

My concern -- even though the prevailing wage is approved, could that be a reason that wage mentioned in the approved request doesn't match my salary and thus HR is giving excuses? If not, then for how long the approved wage request be considered "valid" for initiating the Advertisement?

 

Is there a way for me to check what was the approved wage in my case if I have my wage request receipt # ?
