Travel to India

Hi all,

 

I have my H1 extension applied on Oct 1st 2015 and my wife's H4 applied on OCT 30th 2015 as she was in India during the time my H1 extension was being applied. 

Now we are planning to go to India in Feb 1st week. I have opted for premium processing for my H1 ext, as H4 is not applied along with H1, I was told that we cannot expedite the H4 process. 

 

Is it safe to travel to India only H1 approval and H4 case still under investigation. 

will my wife be able to travel to India along with me and go for stamping with me as she is dependent on me?
