srv_123 Posted January 12, 2016 Report Share Posted January 12, 2016 Hi, My case is i came US on H1b for Company-A which got approvals till Aug'2017 and after 4 months i moved to Company-B and Company-B's H1 is approved till Dec'2016, I need to travel to India sometime in first quarter of this year so my questions are: 1.Do i need to go for stamping in India for Company-B or will Company-A visa works as i have Visa/I94 valid till Aug'2017 ? 2.If i can proceed with Company-A then what are the list of documents i need to carry for POE as i cannot provide recent pay stub's of Company-A.
