Gullipalli Posted January 11, 2016 Report Share Posted January 11, 2016 Hi all, I have a valid h1b visa stamp till December 2016 My company is in NJ Client is in NY I work remotely in Texas After getting my visa stamped last year I had to move to Texas to work from home. Client agreed and my employer filed h1b amendment on August 13th 2015 . I had to travel to India on vacation next week. Yesterday my employer said not to go as my h1b amendment is still under review and that if I travel it will change my I-94 which will effect my h1b amendment. Employer said it will raise unnecessary RFE on my application. I do have the h1b amendment receipt notice with me. Can some one explain if this is a problem. It's last minute and I have to lose all my planned vacation and its expenses . Link to comment
