H1-H4 EAD

I have applied for H1- H4 COS + H4 EAD with a future date of 06/01/2106  on Dec 21st at Vermont service center and got the receipt notice..As my current H1B ends on 05/31/2016. My Spouse have a I-140 approved in EB2 and the H1B is valid until August 2016 and we can apply for extension 6 months before which is from February 2016 we can apply anytime. My question is can I apply again H1-H4 COS + H4 EAD along with my Spouse H1B extension in premium processing in March if I don't know have any update  with the current applications still pending??

 

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
