International Travel on H1B. Visa Stamp Valid till Aug 2016

Hi, 

 

My H1 B visa stamp is valid till Aug 31st 2016. I would like to travel for two weeks in Feb or March. 

 

1. If i come back in Feb, I will have full 6 months visa validity.   

2. If my return is in March 2nd week, then visa would be valid for 5 months & two weeks. 

 

I want to know will there be any issue at the return POE having visa valid only for 5 or 6 months? Please advise.  

 

Note - If asked, I would like to inform POE officer that my company will file for an extension. (will carry all documentation)
