susai
H1B transfer was initiated and its more than 6 months now, and the status still shows as receipt received, there is no update for more than 6 months. 1) Is there any timeline for the H1 status to update 2) Will the uscis refund the amount as they have not responded for 6 months. JoeF
The fees are application fees, not approval fees. And it is irrelevant for you, anyway, since they employer pays for the H1. You paying for it is illegal. Link to comment
jairichi
1. Yes, but it changes frequently. 2. They will refund nothing unless it was filed in PP in which case PP fee will be refunded. Link to comment
rahul412
Contact your attorney. Fee is non refundable, why are you worried about the money? The only reason you asked for fee refund is likely that you have paid that amount and this is what happens when you work for shady employer. Link to comment
