My project with my current client is ending soon and I got another project in the same Metro Statistical Area (MSA) for a different client. I am not sure if my employer has to do an amendment as per the latest rule or he has to file only LCA? I am going India for a vacation just 2 weeks after joining the new project and have to go for visa interview/stamping. Please advice. Link to comment

I am on h1 from 1st OCT....my LCA client was of different MSA. but he dont need any resources now...so i am at my employers office different MSA......does he need to file amendment for it Link to comment
