Post Approval of I-140

Hello,

Here's my scenario for the next 3-4 years -

1. Quit my current job after I-140 approval for EB-3 category
2. Re-enter 6 months later with F-1 student visa
3. Stay in F-1 status for the next two years for my master's degree
4. Apply for another job with H1-B sponsorship 
5. Let my employer apply for I-485 once I become eligible

My questions - 

• For # 1 above, how long should it be before I quit my job? Any restrictions?
• For # 2 above, if I apply for F-1, does it automatically disqualify my I-140 and that I will need start all over again once I get another job?
• For # 5 above, if my I-140 isn't disqualified, by what date is my application considered for processing?
• For #5, will I be eligible for EB-2 category?
• For #4, can I work on OPT? I used up all after getting my undergraduate degree

With an approved I-140 it is more likely you will not get a F1 approved.

You won't get F1 after I140 approval.
