Can valid H4 visa holder travel alone to USA, when H1 primary visa holder visa stamping on 221g

Please advise if I can travel alone on Jan 30th 2016 with H4 valid till Feb 21st 2016. My husband's case is in administrative processing. I have just received my EAD and I do not have a lot of vacation in my new job. Really urgent. Please help

Without H1B applicant in US you cannot enter US on H4.

I don't think you can travel when H1 visa is under processing.

Your H4 is dependent on his H1. If his H1 is in administrative processing, then you can NOT travel to the US on H4.
