smangalarapu9 Posted January 7, 2016 Report Share Posted January 7, 2016 I have few question regarding my H1B, My first time H1B is approved for a year and expires in Dec 2016. In the mean time I got an offer to UK with existing company for 6 months which will be till July 2016. So, I can only travel to US in Aug 2016. will it cause any issues at port of entry or even for the extension as I am planing to extend my H1B after entering the US? When should one apply for an H1B extension before it expires? what are the other challenges that I might face? Link to comment
