sarah9 Posted January 7, 2016 Report Share Posted January 7, 2016 Earlier Salary was higher than prevailing wage earlier During extension in LCA ,Salary is now equal to Prevailing wage for that same location and role Is this fine or something to worry? As per rule we need to be paid Atleast Prevailing wage. Just wanted to confirm Link to comment
