I-140 approval goes to Employer or Attorney?

Hi, My employer did my EB2 processing in premium and got it approved. He is not sharing with me the copy of approved i140 and telling me it's company property and it will be only at Attorneys office and attorney will file it when it becomes current.I want to know is he saying the truth or trying to get a hold of me?who receives an approved original copy of i140?

USCIS sends 2 copies 1 for attorney and 1 for the petitioner in this case your employer. You can get a copy of i140 by filing FOIA, just google FOIA to get i140 copy.
