Visitor Visa for Brother and mother

Hi,

 

I have just scheduled a visa interview for my brother and mother where case is that I am sponsoring for my mother and My brother who is married is sponsoring himself.

I am working on L1B with well known MNC,

My brother will be visiting for 2 weeks and mother is going to stay for 3-4 months.

My brother doesn't own any house in India and he is staying in rented apartment with his wife and son, can it cause any issue ? his family is not coming to US..does that shows his ties with India ?

Looking for your help in what kind of questions he and my mother should be expecting and what documents he should carry with him ?

There is no sponsoring for visitor visas.

The important thing is that visitors can show strong ties to their home country.
