PERM Case number changed to 'T'

Hi,

 

My employer filed my PERM on  March 1st   and i received a case number starting 'A'. However i got an update that the PERM status was moved to 'T' because some document was not submitted.

 

The question is , whether my employer can submit the required documents now and can refile the same PERM retaining the March 1st date or they need to start all the PERM process right  from the beginning.
