My understanding is on extension it becomes Individual by default.Is this correct? Soon I'm planning to go to India for vacation and need to go for stamping. In the DS160 form, how should I answer this question? "Are you applying for the same type of visa? " Should it be Yes since its L1A or should it be No since its now L1A Individual and last visa was L1A Blanket? Also, about previous US visits. Since I'm still in US while filling the form, what should I enter for length of stay. Can I enter based on my tentative date of travel from US to India sometime next month? Thank You Link to comment
