travel to US from India, stop over at switzerland for couple of weeks

Hi,

 

I'm on H1 visa, i'm planning for a vacation to India by March'16. I thought of visit Switzerland on return. i might stay there for couple of weeks and fly back to USA from switzerland. 

 

can i do this if i have schengen visa? will there be any issues either swiss or US port of entry?

 

if someone done this before, plz give me a clear idea to how to plan.

With a Schengen visa you can visit Switzerland. No effect on anything.
