PERM Application with Previous Employer

Hi All,

 

Situation:

I was working for employer ABC. With employer ABC I had my i-140 approved in EB3. I asked my employer ABC to port my application from EB3 to EB2. But as I had 4 yrs 5 month of experience before joining ABC so he was unable to do that. 

 

I worked for employer ABC for 4 years.

 

I changed my job and started working for employer XYZ. With XYZ, Green Card processing did not even start. I am working for employer XYZ since last 2 years. 

 

My total experience = 4 years 5 months before joining employer ABC + 4 years with employer ABC + 2 plus years with Employer XYZ.

 

Questions:

1. If I join back employer ABC, will he be able to port me from EB3 to EB2.

2. Will USCIS consider my total 10.5 years of experience, if I join back employer ABC.

3. Do I need to take any precautions.
