They will be filing PERM with Labor on early Jan 2016. Also they are planning to give promotion to me and title change would be from "IT Programmer" to "Senior IT Programmer". There will be additional responsibilities in job description and salary hike (up to 10%). My question - Is it okay to take the promotion during this time and if not what should I do?
