Susan Su's appeal got denied

It is well-known that Susan Su, the owner of fake university Tri-Valley, got convicted and sentenced to 16 years last year.

It may be less well known that Ms. Su appealed that conviction.

On Dec. 7, the 9th Circuit Appeals Court denied her appeal.

Of course, it would be surprising if it would be over. On Dec. 15, Ms. Su has filed a petition for a rehearing.

And her antics, like filing per-se briefs, have continued throughout the process...

I pity her lawyer...
