cool_dude2012
I am in my sixth year H1B and have I140 approved with 2011 EB2 priority date.I have been working in consulting since 2009 and have to travel quite a bit .I have no issues with the company. But now I have a really good full time offer with no travel. They will process the green card after 6 months or 1 year.Just wanted to see what is people's opinion on this move. jairichi
Well, you risk current employer revoking approved I-140 and not able to retain PD. Check with an attorney. Link to comment

Thank you I dont think the current employer will revoke I140. Leaving on good terms. If dates become current before new employer has started PERM/I140 then I can go back to old employer and file my 485. Do you see any other issues? Link to comment
