H1B Visa Stamping @ hyderabad - Administrative process more than 81 days

Good Morning

 

We are on H1B and H4 visa since 2011 with same employer.

 

Another employer filed a concurrent part time H1-B visa for me, it’s still pending in USCIS with RFE about employer.

 

On USCIS website, My H1B extension approved on September 2,^, 2015 with premium processing and H4 approved on September 9^th, 2015

 

We attended for H1B and H4 Visa interview for first time H1B visa stamping on September 29th, 2015 at Hyderabad US Consulate, India 

 

Visa Officer said that my application requires additional administrative processing before a final decision can be made. . 

Visa Officer didn't ask or take any other documents from us. 

 

Our passports are with us.

 

Visa Officer gave the letter with Case Number.

 

Today I check online with case number, it still shows Administrative process status updated date as September 29th, 2015. (My visa interview date).

 

I didn't received any email or communication from US Consulate.

 

My employer attorney send email query to Hyderabad consulate. She got auto response.

 

I sent number of emails to consulate for status update, always I get auto

response.

 

My son is US Citizen.

 

My Case is under administrative process more than 81 days. 

 

Please let me know the ways to expedite or inquiry about my visa case of administrative Process.

 

Is Contact Michigan state senator will help in administrative process?

unfortunately , nothing much can be done. Consulate is the only one who can update you. Hope you'll get a response soon. Good luck
