H1B Under Cap Exemption - No Update

Dear All

 

Greetings of the day. I need help regarding my fresh petition for H1B filed under cap exemption. My employer had filed the application on July 13 2015, and since then i see the only update as Name was updated on July 15. No new update since then. How do i know if any thing is happening or not or any thing is required from me or my employer. I spoke, to my employer and he too sounded helpless unless we file for priority. Till when can i expect a final result. Please help.

H1 processing times are taking long time for approval. I heard few days back that H1s applied in June timeframe are still pending. Nothing much you can do as of now.
