H1B Visa stamping in India - question

Hi,

My name on H1B Petiton is "XXX YYY" but in my latest passport is it "yyy XXX" - the first name and the last name is interchanged and whatever I have in my passport is correct.

I filed I-824 to correct my name on the H1B petition twice but USCIS didn't do it.

Next month I am traveling to India and I am wondering if US consulate might reject my H1B visa stamping due to this name difference.

Please provide your inputs if this is going to be an issue. And what documents can i carry to avoid the visa deniel.
