Visa validity with approved i140 beyond 6 years on employer change

Hello Dear Sir,

My 6 years on H1B are completing by Dec 31 2015. I have an approved i140 and based on that I have 3 year H1B extension approval. This extension goes beyond the 6 year period. I am planning to switch jobs and my new employer is ready to transfer the H1B and then file Labor/i140.

 

My question is that If I switch jobs in next couple of months (after visa is transferred to new employer) and my previous employer revoke the i140, will my H1B (transferred with new employer) be still be valid whistle that I am beyond 6 year physical stay and my i140 will be revoked.

It will be valid till the date your new employer gets H1B petition approval even if I140 is revoked.
