H1B Transfer

Hi,

 

I am working for Employer A in India and is the current employer. My current employer (A) processed by H1B petition got selected in the 2015 cap lottery and approved. I also got VISA stamped on the same petition. Both my Petition and VISA is valid till Oct 2016.  

 

I am planning to move to Employer B and position is in India itself.

 

1. Is it possible to file H1 Cap exempt by Employer B or Employer C in future (after 2-3 years)?

2. Can Employer A revoke my H1 petition and Employer B or C cannot go for H1B Cap exempt in future?

 

Please suggest how to progress - to have my H1 petition valid and some other employer can file H1B cap exempt in future.

You need to work on H1B status for employer A before a transfer with another employer can be initiated.

Do you mean to work in USA on H1B? Without working cant I get a H1B CAP exempt and file for another employer.
