Srivinayak
Hi, I have got my H1B transferred from company A to Company B recently. I am still working with company A and I will be joining Company B in Jan 2016. Now Company C has approached me with an offer and are ready to file a H1B transfer in premium processing. My Questions are: 1) Can I go ahead for a transfer to Company C while still working for Company A or is it better to join company B in Jan 2016 and then ask the company C to file a new transfer by providing the paystubs and, new I797 and I94 from company B. Which is safe? 2) if staying with company A and then getting the transfer directly to company C is safer, do I need to provide 1797 and I94 that I have received from company B. Please note: i am still with Company A and will be joining Company B only in Jan 2016. 3) Is there any risk with this approach? meaning applying for H1B transfer with multiple employers. Both Company B and Company C are highly reputed companies where as Company A is a small time consultancy firm. Thank you for your reply. Regrads Srivinayak Link to comment
jairichi
1. You can take any route mentioned. 2. A's documents. 3. No risk if employer & job is genuine. Link to comment
