Updating DS 160 number

I booked visa slot for H1 B on Dec 15th. I did not submit by DS 160 yet. I tried to retrieve my DS 160 and it is throwing me an error. "Surname is wrong Date Of Birth is wrong ........". So i created a new DS 160 form, I went to https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/applicanthome and tried to update new DS 160 form number and it is throwing me an error "Error occured while loading visualforce page.". So i emailed ustravelsdocs 2 days ago but no reply until now. what should i do now? I tried with IE, Chrome and Mozilla.
