H1B transfer while extension is pending and expired I-94

Hello,

 

This is my first year on H1 and the intial I-94 validity is valid until 30/Sep/2015. My current employer applied for extension under normal processing and the receipt date is 08/Jun/2015. Till now i have not received the extension and its still pending with USCIS. In this situation

 

1. what will happen if i do a transfer ? Will it affect my extension or will the transfer depend on the extension result ?

2. What are the factors that can affect my extension to be granted or denied ?

3.Once transferred what if the extension gets denied or current employer withdraws petition, will it put me out of status ? 

 

Please assist me with your valuable knowledge.

3. You will need to exit and enter US with a valid H1B visa and I797.
