rohit180387 Posted November 19, 2015 Report Share Posted November 19, 2015 Respected Experts,I work full time for Company A on its H1-B. they decided to start my GC process and as soon as the wage determination was completed and before they filed PERM Company A got bought out by Company B. My question is:Will company B have to restart the process? new ads, new wage determination and all before filing PERM or can they just continue from the place where company A left off.Thanks you sirs......
