H4 Visa Stamping

Hello All,

 

I have H4 approval till April 30th 2016.  My husband's employer applied for H1B and H4 extension. Now I got H4 extension valid from May 1st 2016 till April 2019. Now if I need to travel to India, I should go for Visa Stamping.

 

Can I go to Visa Stamping(this month end) with my H4 extension valid from May 1st 2016 ? or do I need to use my H4 notice valid till April 30th 2016?

 

what are my chances to get visa stamped till April 2019?

 

Any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated.

 

Please advise if any one has gone through same situation.

The chances are getting a visa stamped till April 2019 is almost zero as US consulate will give a maximum of 3 years validity.

Show copies of current and extension I797s of your spouse during interview.
