Visitor Visa for In Laws and Parents, COS from H4 to F1

Am on H1 and my wife is on H4 now. She is going to change her status to F1 this december and i have i get stamped for my H1 visa extension. i am planning for applying Visitor visa for my in-laws and parents. For all visitor visas i will be filling I 134 form. for F1 am the sponser too. 

 

What do you suggest from below options?

 

1) All 6 people go together to visa on the same day same time?

2) Me and my wife will go to stamping in the morning and the remaining 4 will go for stamping on the same day but different time slot?

3) Me and my Wife and in-laws and parents on different day?

 

Or any other suggestion is welcome.

Frankly speaking, I134 is a useless paper. You are no way related to your parents/in law's visiting visa since you cannot sponsor any kind of US visa. And for F1, she has to prove that she will come back after completion of degree.

None of your options matter. Your parents, inlaws and spouse need to demonstrate strong ties to home country and intend to return home.
