My employer filed GC on Jun-2014 under EB2 category. Both PERM & I-140 approved. I understood L1A cannot be extended beyond my visa validity even if I-140 approved. any suggestions? should I apply for L1 to H1 transfer? or what are my options. Link to comment
JoeF Posted November 16, 2015 Report Share Posted November 16, 2015 For an H1, the employer would have to apply under the quota. And it is only possible if you haven't reached 6 years on L1 yet. Link to comment
