H1B Transfer without payslips

Hi,

 

I have a approved H1B from a consultancy 'ABC' from Oct 1st. I have a full time offer from another firm 'XYZ'. They are ready to transfer my H1. But currently I do not have any pay slips from consultancy 'ABC'.

My question here is:

 

1. Can H1B get transferred without prior pay slips?

2. If the consultancy revokes my current H1 (worst case scenario), can I still transfer the H1B to company 'XYZ'?

You need to get paid by your employer. Without getting paid, a transfer isn't possible.

If they haven't paid you, file a complaint with DOL on form WH4. That also allows to transfer.
