Do I need to go for stamping in India?

Recently I did h1 transfer(approved) and moved to new company. And I do have stamping in my passport till June 2016 from my previous company. The previous company revoked my H1B petition. I have planned India trip on december. Do I need to go for stamping? I got mixed answers. It would be great if anyone help me with this. In addition to that I have booked my flight ticket, which has connection at London. I heard that we should have a valid stamping while travelling via europe. Will it be a problem if I travel with the stamped visa from my previous company.

You can travel with a stamped visa from your previous company. As long as that visa is valid you can travel. No issues.
