inquisitive Posted November 12, 2015 Report Share Posted November 12, 2015 Hi, I upgraded to premium processing on Sept 25 for my case EACxxxxxxx and there has been no activity since then on the case status despite PP. Does anybody see any activity on "Case status" website in the recent past ? forumman Posted December 14, 2015 Report Share Posted December 14, 2015 If you upgraded on Sep 25, they should give your response within 10 calendar days of the receipt date. Otherwise, they have to refund your premium fee back. Check with your attorney/employer whoever filed for premium. Link to comment
