Urgent Help - approved Perm with wrong infirmation related to LCA

Hello,

Can anyone tell me what to do next in following case during filing of I140.

I got approval of perm. My company filed two LCA with two different job title for prevailing wage with same job duties and job requirement. We got same preveling wage for both. My lawyer write first PW information suchas PW tracking number and determination date filing PERM while we use second PW determination to do all the advertisement as Job title is different. What should I do now for filing I140? Do I need to start whole process again?

I am also facing the similar issue. I have my PERM approved recently however while applying for I-140, it is found that under section K on ETA 9089 (Alien Work Experience), End Date for one of my previous employment is incorrectly entered. It overlaps with next two employment. Do I need to do the PERM all over again or can I provide an explanation to DHS with the correct details (Experience letters from all previous employers with Start and End date) while applying to I-140?

Start Date - 01-Sept-2005

End Date - 16-Nov-2014 (Incorrect End Date). Correct date is 16-Nov-2007

 

Employer B

Start Date -26-Nov-2007

End Date - 07-Jan-2011

 

Employer C (Details correct)

Start Date - 10-Jan-2011

End Date - 30-May-2014

 

Employer D (Details correct)

Start Date - 01-June-2014

End Date - Till Date
