JoeF
PERM is not filed with USCIS. It is filed with the DOL. And it is about the position, not about the person. Link to comment
Attorney_15
If a person wants to know what was filed with an I-140 petition to USCIS that person can generally file a FOIA request to USCIS asking for the documents filed with the I-140 petition to USCIS. Link to comment
sammy22345
My employer gave me a number starting with A-15289-XXXXX. How can I find out, it is filled for me or for some one else. As well as PERM LCA was filed on 10/16/15 when I check "https://icert.doleta.gov/index.cfm?event=ehLCJRExternal.dspQuickJobOrderSearch" and enter the above number - in "ETA Case Number:", it gives me result ""No records found that match search criteria."" So how can I find out: 1) this number belongs to me 2) what is the status of this number Link to comment
