ds2015 Posted November 3, 2015 Report Share Posted November 3, 2015 My company filed my GC in EB1-Managerial category more than a year ago. Since then the I-140 is in received status. I got my EAD twice, however no response for my I-140. My I-140 and I-485 were filed concurrently. I have understood that GC in EB1 category is usually received in 6-8 months. My attorney has raised two service requests. He has followed-up on the case via emails however no response has been received. What might be wrong in my case? What are my options after all my lawyer has done? Link to comment

Some people are waiting here for more than 10yrs to file their 485, consider yourself luck here. Link to comment

In general I have heard that upgrading to premium processing can do more damage than help. However I would like to listen to experts. Link to comment
