ravi_59ece Posted October 30, 2015 Report Share Posted October 30, 2015 My I 140 got approved recently ,i'm planning to change the employer. 1.If Employer A revokes I 140 can i port the priority date ,what documentation should i have to port the date . 2.Is there any way to avoid revoke process if i wait for 6 months . An attorney has mentioned in this forum it is not always the case and so you risk that it will not be ported. Link to comment
