Quirksilver Posted October 27, 2015 Report Share Posted October 27, 2015 My I-94 is expiring 2 months before my visa. I'm a Canadian in the us on an L1B visa. I'm currently in the process of renewing my Canadian passport. After the renewal is completed, how do I extend my I-94 to match my 797. A lot of people have mentioned leaving US and get an updated I94 upon re-entry. Have people tried this in Canada? Is there a guarantee? Link to comment
