bachur Posted October 26, 2015 Report Share Posted October 26, 2015 Hello - I am traveling to USA with family on first week of Nov'2015 with valid H1/H4 Visa(s). My H1b visa is valid till 11th Dec 2015. My question here is I was working remotely from India for a company for almost 2.5 years on H1b. Due to some personal family reasons I had to stay in India. Will there be any issues at POE? I have recent paystubs and W2/Paid Tax documents for recent years. I am planning to reentry before this Nov 11th. Would you suggest carrying any other supporting documents along with I-797, Passports with Visas, bank statements, paystubs, W2's and Tax documents? Please help me. Thanks in advance. Link to comment
