Attend US visa for Transfer petition

A US employer X sponsored for H1 in 2014 and it got approved in Nov 2014, however when appeared for PA in Canada, it went to Admin Processsing. Later I withdrew the visa application and travelled back to India.

Here in Aug, I appeared for the visa intereview and got it approved till Sep 2017. 

 

 

Now my current employer Y in India is willing to do H1 transfer. I am planning to stick here.

 

Please answer my queries below.

 

1. If H1 transfer gets approved from Y, should I need to reappear for another visa interview?

2. Couldn't I travel with existing visa (from X) and carry the approved transferred petition?

3. In case I reappear for PA again, if by bad luck they deny the visa, will my old visa still hold good?
